A letter to the not yet godly

Dear Sir or Ma’am,

There is a Savior that you will one day see.
His name is Jesus.
He gave His life for you and me.
He created each and every soul and all the world and its contents.
He is ever interested in you until you refuse Him.
Then He is not.
Where are you?
Have you tried?
Tried to learn about Him?
Tried to find out who He is?
Not just from what others have told you but searched for Him on your own?

His life is ever present
His majesty reigns above all
Though you ignore Him, He is still there, waiting, hoping you will find Him.
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near
: Isaiah 55:6
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth;
and he that seeketh findeth;
and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Matthew 7:7-8
That scripture says every one that asks receives. Everyone.

Jesus is near.
The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth
. Psalm 145:18
What is your desire?
To continue to live in your own folly?
To wait until the last day when all the Earth is burning around you?
Or until you are on your death bed
and you know you are about to meet your maker?
Either scenario will come quicker than you think,
they are closer than you realize.
No one knows when their last day will be.
It is too late if you are dead, before that, there is a chance.
There is time and opportunity to seek His mercy and fall upon your knees,
to offer your life to Him.

Do not say God cannot forgive me for what I have done.
God’s forgiveness and grace reaches into the darkest crevice.
He has forgiven those before you.
Reach out to Him with a humble heart.
You will not be rejected.
All that the Father giveth Me shall come to Me;
and him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out
. John 6:37

God is very merciful and kind and forgiving.
Let Jesus take the helm.
He knows what is ahead.
He also knows what you have left behind.
He will reward you for what you offer to Him
as in things that are important to you.
And every one that hath forsaken houses,
or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife,
or children, or lands, for My name’s sake,
shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life
. Matthew 9:29

Jesus is just and righteous and honorable.
Come now to His throne of grace while He is beckoning you.
Do not push Him aside or refuse His invitation.
There is a time coming when it will be too late.
