Abiding Under Your Shadow

Your love
Your forgiveness
Your cleansing blood
Your Word that washes us
You are a strong tower
You protect us
You can call a fleet of angels if you so choose
Jesus, nothing can happen to us without Your permission
and whatever You let happen to us, You will see us through
When You, Jesus were before Pilate, Pilate wanted You to speak to him
He became angry with you: Then saith Pilate unto him,
Speakest thou not unto me?
knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee,
and have power to release thee? (John 19:10)
You answered: Thou couldest have no power at all against me,
except it were given thee from above (John 19:11)
As it is with our lives,
Let us trust you and let You be in control and be open to Your leading,
always praying Your will
Let us rest and remain safely under Your shadow (Psalm 91)
