“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,”
Jude 1:24
If you trust Jesus, look to Him, reach out to Him, admit your weakness and draw on His strength, you will see this scripture become reality.
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 1 Corinthians 12:9
Don’t hide from Him or try to cover your sin, but let Him cleanse it and keep you pure by His blood.
“And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.” Genesis 3:6
“How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” Hebrews 9:14
Jesus knows as humans, it is impossible for us not to fail. So, He provided a way. He provided a way to keep us from falling and a way to cleanse us when we do fall. He’s got us covered as long as our hearts are turned toward Him, we obey Him and when we don’t, we don’t hide it, but bring our misgivings before Him to let Him help us.
