Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction,

God’s heart is that all would come to repentance
and acknowledge Him as Lord
But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed,
and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right,
he shall surely live, he shall not die.
All his transgressions that he hath committed,
they shall not be mentioned unto him:
in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?
saith the Lord God:
and not that he should return from his ways, and live? Ezekiel 19:21-23
God shares much of His heart with the prophets in the Old Testament
and His heart is carried into the New Testament as well
He desires that all would be saved and come to repentance
That none should perish
That all would receive everlasting life
Hell was not created for humans, but for the Devil and his angels
But if humans choose to cling to their sin and refuse to acknowledge God,
they cannot enter Heaven, otherwise,
Heaven would end up like Earth is now,
filled with foul, unclean acts and hearts
God does not have any pleasure in sending someone to Hell
I just checked the stats, at this moment in time, August 2022,
there are approximately 150,000 people that die every day worldwide
We can only guess how many receive eternal life when they meet Jesus Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:14
How many is a few?
Jesus would have rather that they repented and chose Him
Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God,
I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked;
but that the wicked turn from his way and live:
turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways;
for why will ye die, O house of Israel? Ezekiel 33:11
For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. Ezekiel 18:32
Some people say we don’t have a job,
but we have quite a few commandments God gave us
If ye love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15
Preach the Gospel is one of them
