Then he answered and spake unto me, saying,
This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying,
Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
Zechariah 4:6
When God works, He works out each detail
He makes things happen which cannot happen in the natural
He creates miracles that often go unnoticed
His Spirit goes before us, once we have prayed, He is working
It is then, our issues, problems, efforts become His
Not by might, not by our efforts or worldly works, nor by power
that is, our strength and abilities in this world, but by His Spirit,
the One who knows and sees all things
and knows the best way to work things out
We can count on God to do what is best in every situation
Our humility to Jesus, that is,
the honor, the trust, the faith in Him doing what He has said He will do
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
This scripture has a very special meaning to me
I have prayed it for years and watched God work
His word never comes back void, it accomplishes what He intends
So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth:
it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11
There can be no preconceived ideas about how God will work it out,
just trust that He will
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10
Faith that He will work it out as He sees fit
Let it all go and watch His Spirit perform His word
His word is active and alive
His word is effective and purposeful
He increased my faith much more than I expected,
now I just know He will do what He says He will
He will, just watch and see
Scriptural References:
For the word of God is quick, and powerful,
and sharper than any twoedged sword,
piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit,
and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12
Then said the Lord unto me,
Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten My word to perform it.
Jeremiah 1:12
