God has feelings, too
God is there for us
God cares about each and every portion of our lives, of our existence
He is not too busy for us, to listen
For anything that is brought before His throne, there is an answer, a remedy
His Holy Spirit works all things out for our good
if we are called according to His purpose
We know whether or not we are called by Him,
whether or not we have a relationship with Him,
whether or not we have accepted Jesus into our lives
and given Him the preeminence in our lives
That only comes by The Revelation of Jesus Himself
which is impossible to understand unless He has shown Himself to you
What Jesus asks of us is different for each one of us
We are each individuals
and each of us has a different purpose on earth, for His Kingdom
We each have our own DNA, our own fingerprints, our distinct voices
Jesus spoke differently to each person who followed Him
or even to each one whom He encountered,
He reaches out to each of us in a different way
When we meet Him face to face want to hear:
Well done good and faithful servant
In order to hear that, we need to know what He wants, what He is asking,
how our lives are to be given to Him for each one of us is different
Each of us has different talents and abilities and gifts
Each of us has to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling
To me, that means, we have to get with God
and have an encounter with Him, similar to when Jacob wrestled with God
While that sounds somewhat disrespectful,
imagine what might have happened
if the Rich, Young Ruler had wrestled a bit with Jesus,
instead of just going away sad and not following Him?
Perhaps Jesus could have helped him to see a greater value of the Kingdom than the world, or perhaps, he could asked the Lord for strength
like that father who said, Lord, I believe, help thou my unbelief
The Rich, Young Ruler did not wrestle with God, he walked away
We have to meet Jesus, truly know who He is
and make sure we are right with Him
and from then on do our best to live for Him
This does not come with human perfection
Jesus is a gracious God, very gracious
If we confess our sins,
he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
Take your life before the righteous Judge of Heaven and Earth
and make sure you’re doing it right
He knows how to get a point across to you if you are truly seeking Him
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: John 10:27
He knows how to lead you and guide you
so that you will be pleasing in His sight
And most of all, He knows who you are and everything about you,
It would be wise to seek to learn of Him the same way
