A lady who used to be a witch and now is saved
encouraged people to ask her questions
about what she had experienced before she was saved
While this may be very interesting in some ways,
allowing the devil any notoriety goes against what Jesus teaches
This is like opening a can of worms
She may think she is helping people, instead, she is giving Satan credence
For it is a shame even to speak of those things
which are done of them in secret. Ephesians 5:12
People argue that if they know more about those things, they can be smarter against the devil, that it can help them or others
That is not the case
The Holy Spirit is the only one who can help you battle the devil
and that is only if He is prompting you to do so
The best way is to keep Jesus elevated in your life,
just like always, in all things
The Seven Sons of Sceva are the best example
of how people who went forward
to battle the devil without the power of the Holy Spirit
One possessed man overtook 7 men
If the Holy Spirit does not empower you, do not go forward
Make sure that Jesus is leading you and guiding you
to go toward any battle with the devil,
which even includes casting out demons
He has to be with you or you are on your own
Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists,
took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits
the name of the Lord Jesus, saying,
We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests,
which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said,
Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them,
and overcame them, and prevailed against them,
so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. Acts 19:13-16
If you are going to study demons, study the bible on demons
That is where you will see and understand Jesus’ teaching and power
And when He was come into the house, His disciples asked him privately,
Why could not we cast him out?
And He said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing,
but by prayer and fasting. Mark 9:28-29

Many will come to Jesus in the last day and say,
have we not cast out demons in Thy name?
Many will say to me in that day,
Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils?
and in thy name done many wonderful works? Matthew 7:22
Even if something happens because you have used Jesus’ name,
if His Holy Spirit has not led you, it is futile
Keep Jesus as the most important focus,
honoring Him in all that you do
and He will reward you
Let us never lift up or concentrate on Satan
