For I say, through the grace given unto me,
to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think;

This is like the parable of the talents, if we use it, we will get more.
If we are faithful with the little, He will cause the increase.

If for one second, we elevate ourselves and consider our faith great apart from the Lord Jesus, beware.
And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. Matthew 23:12

We are here to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom, all else is dust and ashes.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them,
I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:22-23
That is hard to understand because when we see the miracles, doesn’t that mean Jesus is present?
Maybe, but it matters who we are serving, Him or ourselves. He sees and knows every heart.
Our hearts shall be set to honor Jesus and to give Him the glory, otherwise, we risk His displeasure.

Great faith allows us to know that God hears and will answer our prayers,
mainly because we have seen His work in our lives and His power orchestrating events and
because we have seen His word is true.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17

Don’t forget about love.
Without faith it is impossible to please God.
Without love, our faith is emptiness.

And though I have the gift of prophecy,, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge:
and though I have all faith so that I could remove mountains and have not charity, I am nothing.
1 Corinthians 13:2

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me: John 10:27

You know how the most important people to you have voices you recognize?
The ones you love the most and the ones you spend the most time with?
They don’t have to tell you their names when they call, even without caller ID, you’d know.
That’s how we should be with the Lord.
Spending lots of time with Him and getting to know Him better than you know anyone else.
Does that seem incomprehensible?
He is real and He is there and He is always wanting to spend time with you.
Exercise your senses.

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use
have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Hebrews 5:14

There is nothing as important to do or to learn than knowing the Lord intimately.
He will help you keep balance.
We might give up things, not because we have to but because we want to.
When we learn to hear His voice, so we know His will,
and when we follow Him closely, we’ll reap great rewards.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6

A man’s steps are from Yahweh; how then can man understand his way? Proverbs 20:24 WEB

We cannot figure everything out.
On the times when we are given choices, which is often, look for which way glorifies Jesus the most.
Sometimes more than one choice will glorify Him, so we then must wait patiently or dig deeper, pray, fast, seek God for the answer.

God told Joshua,
Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you,
as I said unto Moses. Joshua 1:3
Does that make it easier?
Are you seeing God bless your efforts?
Are you seeing doors remain open?
When it is time to make a move, you will see God closing the door.
Sometimes a new door is going to open almost the same time, other times,
we just have to be obedient and know by faith, God has our lives in His hands.
That is all between each of us and God.

We have a sure promise in the word that we can get an answer from the Lord.
That is James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not;
and it shall be given him.
Here is James 1:5 in the NIV:
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault,
and it will be given to you.

We can rest assured that if we are not sure about something,
we can ask God and He will give us wisdom. What could be better than that?
He wants to help us make decisions that reflect His will, no matter how big or small,
if we want to know His will, we can ask Him for it.
And, He will give us wisdom and discernment.
Hitherto have ye asked nothing in My name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. John 16:24

We have not because we ask not.
Asking is a choice.
It is an act of humility before the Lord.
In essence, we are saying, we are not sure, please show us Your will.
While the choice is ours, He is there to guide us and help us.
Jesus will not fail us nor forsake us in giving us His wisdom or in anything else.

You can read the whole patent. I did. It’s not that long. What I got from it is it is a loosely developed patent that covers a wide range of uses and can also be made into whatever form they choose. It has no limits and is left open to cover it all. Microsoft is the owner of the patent.

The whole system is very concerning. They will have the rights to measure cerebral blood flow, if you have hit your target rate, so it is including functioning of the body. They call it cryptocurrency system. It is not limited to cryptocurrency only in the financial sense.

We are headed for very tumultuous times.
This has been brewing.
Our country will change in an instant.
I do not know when it will happen, but this has been being set up for some time.
God is Judging America and other nations.
He has lifted His hand of protection from us. America will be devastated.

While I am a news buff, I also know this is coming from the Lord.
The economy is going to tank.
I suspect Trump has been put in the position of president to guide the country to this downturn.
It will be a severe downturn economically which will also affect the equilibrium of the country.
The cities will see it first.
All Hell will break loose.
The Digital ID will include finances and a new monetary system will be introduced.
I think it will be voluntary at first to get people used to the idea,
but soon it will be the only way to buy and sell and interact in society.
This could take a few years to fully implement, then again,
some believe the whole system will go down one night and come up soon after as the monetary system.
It will involve the whole world to some degree.

What can you do to prepare?
Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Read and memorize His word. Pray. Listen to God’s instruction on your life.
This is not something you can do on your own.
You need the wisdom and council of the Holy Spirit.

The land of uprightness.
God’s Kingdom is here, now.
God said to Joshua, Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you,
as I said unto Moses. Joshua 1:3

That means, if we are walking with Jesus, following His precepts, we are overtaking ground.
We are blessed of God and we walk in His fulness.
He protects us. He also gives us standing.
We have a spiritual honor that belongs to us because we belong to the Lord Jesus Christ.
This must be in humility before the Lord. It is He who gives us this right and we have not earned it.
We have it because we serve the Living God who created all things in the universe.
Be careful not to assume you have a position.
It is something Jesus will show you, something He gives you the rights to.
The Seven Sons of Sceva in the Book of Acts exemplify why we do not assume we have authority.

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry. Psalm 34:14
When a man’s ways please the Lord, He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 16:7

God still calms the storms and the raging seas.
His voice billows over the loudness of the enemy.
He will sometimes have us to sit and wait and watch Him work. God is always working.
He is always creating opportunities
so that He may strongly support those whose hearts trust faithfully in Him. (from 2 Chronicles 16:9)

When we walk closely with the Lord, His desires become our desires.
The more Jesus becomes a part of us,
the more we understand His will and want to do the things He has created us to do.
The most important being our relationship with God. We love Him because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19
All of God’s desires are written in His word. That is where we can find His will. He left nothing out.

Does someone hate you and you don’t know why?
Or, do you feel uncomfortable around someone you can’t explain the reason?
There is another realm on earth that we cannot see in the natural.

We live in the world, but we are not of the world.
We are forced to dwell with those who hate God or deny His existence.
Or, maybe they believe in Him, but they are not even nice or they’re nice when they want to be,
when it serves their purpose.
We have all shapes and sizes of people in the literal and figurative sense,
all sorts of belief systems that we come across.
We have those who do not share our beliefs, even in the slightest.
Sometimes, we can encounter a person who calls themselves a Chrisitan, they might be unpleasant.

There can be spiritual battles going on that we are not even aware of.
The conversations that come up that reveal what is in another’s heart.
Sometimes we have people in charge of us who have no intention of yielding to righteousness.

The spiritual battles rage on.
It can be difficult to understand when another person seems to attack.
I ask God for wisdom while in the thick of it.
He always delivers.
That is part of the unseen spiritual world that allows us to experience evil forces through people.
I hate to tell you Christians can be also influenced by wicked forces.
Generally, the unsaved are vessels the enemy uses due to their ability to manipulate for his purposes.

Have you ever had someone just attack you for no reason, from out of no where?
We are encouraged to always keep ourselves armoured up.
Keep reading and studying His word.
Keep praying.
Keep listening for His guidance.
Be gracious and let the gospel of peace rule in your heart.
Use the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God to slay the demonic forces.
This can be done in quietness and in the gentleness of the Spirit of God with His love.
The breastplate of righteousness represents all the ways the Bible exhorts us to be like Jesus:
Forgiving, loving our enemies, turning the other cheek, etc.
Quenching all the fiery darts of the wicked with the shield of faith.
Keep your armour in check. Make sure you are loving the truth and obeying God.
Look for any failings, any weaknesses and seek God to repair them or strengthen those deficits.
He will be victorious in those circumstances and will be exalted as He is our protector.

We can open ourselves up to attacks if we are not in line with God’s word,
if we are in any sort of sin or disobedience of God or His word.
We are under spiritual laws written about in Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Make sure you are under the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus.
God will fight for you. He will battle the enemy.
Whatever comes at you and you will see His Spirit at work.
He will reign victorious even those times when it seems impossible.
God will battle the enemy and you will see it.

He knows each and every person we deal with.
He knows their hearts.
He knows how they feel about you, what their intentions are.

We have our directives in the Word of God.
Jesus is working. He is there for us. Always, in every situation, in every conversation, in every moment.
He will never fail us.

It’s easy for some people to kick the Jews to the curb.
They have failed God and God still loves them.
They are His family and He still watches over them and someday all of Israel will be saved.

The Replacement Theory is in some Christian circles.
There is no replacing.
God has promised Abraham and his descendants that they will be blessed.
Though the Jews have strayed away from the Lord God Almighty,
they are still honored and favored by God.

For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you:
for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of His eye. Zechariah 2:8

God did not forsake the Jews.
His purpose is evidenced in Romans 11 where Paul explains what has happened
and why God has allowed them to be distant from God for a time.
He will bring them back to Himself, like a hen gathers her chicks.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee,
how often would I have gathered thy children together,
even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say,
Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Matthew 23:37-39

God will bring them back to Himself.

Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. 
Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. 
Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith.
Be not highminded, but fear: 
For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. 
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. 
And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in:
for God is able to graff them in again. 
For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature,
and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree:
how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

The time is coming when all nations will rise against Jerusalem.
A telling sign is that the Jews are returning to their homeland as they are not welcome in many places in the world.
Their persecution is rising. That is scriptural.

And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness:
and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah,
and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart,
The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.
In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood,
and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about,
on the right hand and on the left:
and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem. Zechariah 12:3-6

Many prophecies in The Bible of Israel and Jerusalem.
This is where the battle of Armagedón will take place.
Keep praying for Jerusalem and her people, God’s people.
He will not fail them nor forsake them and once they cry out to Him, they will see that.

In this Bible Study, there are usually between 40-50 people.
Some people talk a lot, even too much, while others sit back and don’t say anything at all.
Some state their opinions as fact and seem to think their opinions are the best,
with the attitude they have cracked the code.
None are the best.
Each person is learning from the Holy Spirit and learning what He wants them to see.

Perceptions are not wrong.
Such perceptions can be perceived as from babes but that does not make them wrong.
If God teaches one person one way, who are we to argue?

Yesterday, we were talking about the Lord’s Prayer.
There were varying opinions.
Jesus said, Pray like this.
But several said, He didn’t mean that, what He meant was this prayer was a model.
One lady said, I know if I pray that prayer, I am hitting all the points.
The main consensus was that Jesus doesn’t really want us to pray the Lord’s Prayer verbatim,
but, instead, He wants us to pray what the Lord’s Prayer means.

The discussion went on while the leader of the study allowed people to say what they thought
and to share their perspective or their opinion to honor what they thought Jesus was saying.

I have prayed the Lord’s Prayer just like it was written for years and years.
Long ago, I asked the Lord to give me a song for that prayer so that I could sing it to Him.
He did.
I sing it often.
When I don’t know what to pray, I will pray the Lord’s Prayer or sing it.
It is the Word of God.
It is how Jesus told us to pray.
We cannot go wrong by praying God’s word.

Oh, but someone said, that can become a ritual, where you’re not even paying attention.
To me, that is a different issue. That could happen with any prayer, anytime with any words.
That is a heart issue or a flesh issue, that is not because the prayer is faulty in and of itself.

I have go-tos. Maybe you do as well.
One is the Lord’s Prayer another is Romans 8:28
When all else has failed, I remember:
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to His purpose.
I have faith that He will work all things together whenever there is a big mess.
He always does, no matter how many times I pray that prayer, which is His word.
I view it as a last resort or when things are so complex that no human can possibly fix it.
When there are too many emotions, too much at stake, too much to even comprehend,
God smooths the rough places and makes a way.
I pray Romans 8:28 because long ago,
God taught me that He really does work all things together for good for those who love Him,
and to those called according to His purpose.
He never fails.

I have seen His word in action many many times, far too many to count or even remember.
With the Lord’s Prayer, I have prayed this to invite His Kingdom on earth in a given situation,
for a given country, for any and all things we can imagine.
It is a most powerful prayer that covers just about everything you can think of needing to be addressed.

Paul also told us to pray in the spirit and that the Spirit intercedes for us.

There are directives given by the Lord in His word.
We miss it when we determine exactly what is meant
or have preconceived ideas of how others should pray
or how others should follow what the Lord has taught each of us.
That does not mean you cannot share what the Lord has taught you,
but that may or may not be for everyone.
That is what He taught you.
He also has things to teach them and if we tell them it has to be this way or that,
we could be hindering their relationship with Jesus.

The Moral of the Story?
We are free in Christ. Our walk is not determined by any one person or thought pattern.
Our walk with Jesus is by Jesus and for Jesus and His will. Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36

Lots of people believe in Jesus.
It is not enough to just believe.
Even Satan believes in Jesus.
Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. James 2:19

Jesus has always been. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: Deuteronomy 6:4
Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. John 8:58
Jesus is God in the flesh.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,
(and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:14
I and my Father are one. John 10:30
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Titus 2:13

Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15

If you ever want to know how to know if a teaching is pure, godly, holy,
ask the Holy Spirit to help you decipher it.
Does the teacher exalt Jesus above all? To His rightful position equal to God?
