I remember some things God has done,
but had I written down all things He has done, I am certain there would be many books.
I’m a little envious of those people who write down the wonderful things God has done in their lives.
They have prayer books and include prayers that have been answered that they can go back and look at later.
We all have that, too, although they are not necessarily our own prayers, but the Awesome works God has done that are recorded in the Holy Bible.
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
Isaiah 28:10
This is a wonderful way to learn. It is the way we have learned many things.
It is also a wonderful way to learn the word of God and what God speaks to us in His word. Patience, attentiveness, repetition, absorption.
It is the way I do most things in my life. A little at a time. Plug away.
Whether that is your style or not, reading in God’s word every day allows us to remain on track.
God’s word is God in written form and it is important that we get the Bead of Life in our spirits consistently. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. John 1:1
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life:
he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst. John 6:35
God is always working.
