The Kingdom of God is within you
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for,
behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Luke 17:21
This world is not our home
We are like a fish out of water
We do not belong here and we long to be with Jesus
Even Paul longed to be with Jesus
For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart,
and to be with Christ; which is far better:
Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide
and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;
That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me
by my coming to you again. Philippians 1:23-26
Even though we are with Jesus here on earth,
it is not the same as it will be when we are with Him
without the distractions and turmoil of the world
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee,
that they also may be one in Us:
that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me.
And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them;
that they may be one, even as We are one: John 17:21-22
He has given us what we need to make it to the end
Keep looking to Him, the author and finisher of your faith
Keep your heart in Jesus and His heart in yours
for by staying near to Jesus,
we will be the closest we can be to God while on this earth,
the closest we can come to the kingdom of God by abiding in Him
