How to get close to Jesus…
Spend time in His word.
Study, read, listen.
Seek His face.
And ye shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13
Spend time in prayer
and then, just talk to Him.
Let Him talk to you. He will.
Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. Psalm 119:127
Jesus is a great treasure.
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:21
Knowing Him is the most satisfying relationship you will have.
If you don’t feel that way, keep seeking Him, you will.
His depth is more bountiful than the vast sea or all the air we can breathe.
His love reaches farther and deeper than we can imagine.
For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear,
neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside Thee, what He hath prepared for him that waiteth for Him.
Isaiah 64:4
Any relationship we have or wish to cultivate takes time and learning about each other.
Since Jesus already knows about you,
He will appreciate what you decide to share with Him. He will honor that and enjoy you.
