This is similar to: Do this unto the least of these, you have done it unto Me.
Whatever you do, do it unto the Lord
Not expecting to be rewarded by people, even your boss,
Walk in humility before the Lord and He will honor you
It can be hard not to be appreciated by others
who should notice your hard work and effort
God sees and He will reward you
Sometimes it is difficult to understand God,
to know Him and what He is looking for
He will reveal Himself to us as we spend more time with Him
and learn His ways
