For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged:
and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Matthew 7:2
People cannot condemn other people to Hell, but they do
They cannot give anyone a free pass into Heaven, but they do
No matter what a human has done,
Judgment remains in the hands of the Lord
Be careful when judging others
With what measure ye met, it shall be the same way you are judged
If you judge others harshly,
the Lord will require you to receive the same judgment
That doesn’t sound fair if you serve the Lord,
that He would give you the same fate that you gave to another
I am not saying that will or will not happen, but consider His word:
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not,
and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down,
and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.
For with the same measure that ye mete
withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:36-38
Jesus is ever-reaching out to people, even the most wicked
Forgive them and love them and pray for them
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Matthew 5:7
God’s heart is that all should come to repentance
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise,
as some men count slackness;
but is longsuffering to us-ward,
not willing that any should perish,
but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
As followers of Christ, our desires should line up with His,
with humility to cast aside our vain thoughts,
and with the help and strength of His Holy Spirit
