‘Look for My Blessings’ were the first words I heard this morning.
Giving thought to that exhortation from the Lord made me realize, those words were not only for me.
Consider where He is working in your life and you will notice the blessings.
Sometimes that is the way He guides us into the way He is wanting us to walk.
Walking with Jesus will make His blessings more apparent.
He enjoys to bless those who have chosen Him.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Ephesians 1:3
The blessings of the Lord are not Earthly blessings.
They might be a gentle breeze on a hot day.
A whisper of hope.
Good news from far away.
Reconciliation with a distant friend.
An answered prayer.
A reminder that this world will flee.
Our faith does not rest on the circumstances.
The Name of the Lord is a strong tower.
Wisdom leads our way.
We keep climbing, going toward the upward calling.
The blessings of the Lord woo us and compel us to keep reaching.
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:21
The blessings of the Lord are all around us.
They cannot always be seen with the human eye.
While He provides for our daily needs, He is always interested in our spiritual growth.
He is our Savior in every situation.
His blessings are ever-present and are all around us.
And, most importantly, Jesus’ blessings are found in fellowshipping with Him.
