The flesh, the natural or the spiritual Jews
Is there a difference?
Has God removed those branches from the vine?
We don’t have to look far to know God favors the Jews
It’s hard to understand sometimes because they have not always followed Him
They have not always honored God or obeyed Him
But He still loves them
And He honors His covenant with them
God says forever often when He is speaking of the Jews
Why does He when so many have turned against Him?
When so many have refused to follow Him and accept His son, Jesus Christ?
At the same time, saith the Lord, will I be the God of all the families of Israel,
and they shall be My people. Jeremiah 31:1
God’s promises are everlasting
His is faithful to keep His covenants
There is no end to His promises to Israel as some like to claim
And the wicked continue to want to destroy Israel, even to this day
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation;
that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. Psalm 83:4
Jesus came forth from the loins of David
His lineage was carefully orchestrated from Abraham
For thus saith the Lord of hosts;
After the glory hath He sent me unto the nations which spoiled you:
for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of His eye. Zechariah 2:8
Whether Christians believe God has forsaken Israel
or that God’s covenant only was meant spiritually,
the people of Israel should be in our prayers,
loving those people who are God’s fleshly family
and who live on the land that God promised Abraham
The End Times battles will take place in that land,
which tells us the significance remains to the end of time
Compassion and good will toward the Jewish people,
even those whose eyes have not yet been opened
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Psalm 122:6
