God’s mercies are new every morning.
Forget about yesterday.
Lay your mistakes before His throne and let Him bring healing
and then, move on.
It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed,
because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
Don’t get caught up in what you did do or didn’t do.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith.
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;
who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
Jesus is merciful and forgiving. He is abundant in steadfast love and mercy.
Without His mercy, we would all perish.
Let us hope in His mercy
and remember to share that same mercy with others,
that has been given to us.
And He said unto them, Take heed what ye hear:
with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you:
and unto you that hear shall more be given. Mark 4:24
What you give, will be what you receive.
Be compassionate.
Be kind.
Be forgiving.
When you stand before the Lord, now and on the last day,
He will remember the grace you extended to others.
Ask Him to teach you and to show you how He sees things.
We are all works in progress, learning what it truly means to follow Jesus.
His judgments are righteous and true.
Walk in His ways and sprinkle mercy to others as offerings to the Lord.
