For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
Ecclesiastes 7:20
When things you have done replay in your mind,
all the people you have hurt in your life,
all the sins you have committed both known by others or not,
forgive yourself
Once you have laid things at the cross,
and have done what the Lord has shown you to do, if anything, let them go
By practicing to forgive yourself,
you may just find the grace and love you need to forgive others
as you are learning to accept the forgiveness from Jesus Himself
When we accept forgiveness, it is a humbling moment,
a time of gratitude that we’ve been exposed, our shame was revealed
Zacheus had an amazing attitude
He knew he had sinned:
And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord;
Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor;
and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation,
I restore him fourfold. Luke 19:8
Reminding yourself of your imperfections, your failings,
then receiving forgiveness from our Lord,
to leave them at the foot of His cross
or remedy what He shows you to remedy
An example might be to reach out to someone to apologize
Then, that forgiveness of yourself, you can extend to others
Practice grace and mercy:
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Matthew 5:7
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
