The gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ, the Messiah
The Son of God who was crucified and rose again to set us free
Tell about Him
Speak to others about Him
Use your talents
Be natural
Go out of your way
Be creative in how you approach it
Be honest
Be yourself
Tell them what Jesus did for you
Tell them what Jesus did for them
Sing about the gospel
Pray for the gospel to go forth from your heart, from your lips
Pray for opportunities, for open doors
Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s gospel,
and a door was opened unto me of the Lord, 2 Corinthians 2:12
Don’t push, but don’t be bashful
The testimony of Christ is the Spirit of prophecy
That means, His Spirit is present when we testify about Him,
as we tell what Jesus has done for us, as to what He will do for us,
How our fate will change if we receive Him and follow Him
Speak His word
His word never comes back empty
He fulfills His word
For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of:
for necessity is laid upon me;
yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! 1 Corinthians 9:16
Don’t keep it to yourself, what Jesus has shown you,
what He has taught you, how He has changed your life,
how He has given you a new outlook
If they do not receive your words, let them be
They will either hear or not
He who has ears to hear, let him hear! Matthew 11:15
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18
We cannot expect everyone to accept our Lord Jesus, or us
Some will refuse, some will mock and ridicule us, or ostracize us
That is to be expected
It would be lovely if all people would accept His ways and bow before Him
There will be many who won’t
Keep preaching the Gospel
Keep loving them
Keep speaking of what He has done
Some will harm us
Keep preaching the Gospel anyway
They will want to shut us up like they wanted to shut up Jesus Himself
Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you,
and when they shall separate you from their company,
and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil,
for the Son of man’s sake.
Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy:
for, behold, your reward is great in heaven:
for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. Luke 6:22-23
Keep preaching, keep loving all the people who will receive you
As you become a mouthpiece and an instrument to spread the good news,
Jesus will bless your way and you will find new avenues opened
His word is alive and will reach into the deepest, darkest hearts
Tell as many as will listen what He has done for you
Do not fear humans or what they can do to you,
Fear Him who has the power to cast your body and soul in Hell
Warn those He puts in your path for what is coming
His mercy and grace is near for all who call upon Him
and who call upon Him in truth
