What Jesus says in His word goes
If you ignore what God says, you are asking for the consequences
We will be held accountable for every single, solitary deed

Whether you think something is important or not does not matter
If God said it, it matters
Whatever He says is important
Dismissing what God has said will lead to nowhere good
It will be the darkest alley you have ever not seen and its end is destruction
So is the man who is fooled by a whore
So sweet are her dainties as she offers them on a platter
Lucious sin is still sin and the pleasure it gives is short-lived and will grip with the tightest hold
Lucifer was a most beautiful angel
When he arrives on scene, many will be captivated, mesmerized by his charm
He is the epitome of sin
The sin that separates us from God
What got me thinking of this?
Many years ago, Amy Grant, a famous Christian musician and singer decided to take God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit out of her lyrics
She wanted to cross-over to the other side
She wanted to reach more people
She wanted to be more famous
She wanted things God did not offer her
Remember when Satan took Jesus to the top of the mountain?
Again, the devil taketh Him up into an exceeding high mountain,
and sheweth Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
And saith unto Him, All these things will I give thee, if Thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written,
Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve. Matthew 4:8-10
That singer made a choice not to serve God in her music
it came to my attention that another Christian artist does not use the name of Jesus
In fact, come to think of it, neither does he mention the Holy Spirit in his lyrics
He used to
Now, he is a big star, TobyMac
He has won Grammies and Dove awards
That is nothing to be proud of when you have ignored Jesus
When you have purposely refused to include the name of Jesus in your music for fear it will offend some
Did you know when you go into certain territories in the underground,
the name of Jesus cannot be mentioned?
The name of Jesus is powerful
The name of Jesus is full of authority
The name of Jesus resounds the power of the Almighty God who made Heaven and Earth
All creatures must bow to the name of Jesus
That name is hated by some
The name of Jesus is omitted by others
For whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed,
when He shall come in His own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels. Luke 9:26
There is no place in the bible you will find that will tell you to squelch the name of Jesus
so you can reach more people
That is a lie from the pits of Hell
You will fall deep into that pit and will eventually blaspheme the Holy Spirit
There are no excuses for this
No matter how noble you think you are
Swallowing lies will defile your soul
And, it may even cause you to sell it
