Look for the Blessings
Is someone in your life not listening to your heart for the Lord?
Look for someone who is.
Be sensitive to Jesus as to where He is opening the doors.
Look for the blessings.
Don’t bang your head against the wall.
Don’t talk to a brick wall.
See where He is opening the door.
Look for His blessings.
Somewhere near you, He is touching a heart or two or maybe more.
Sprinkle salt and light throughout your day, He is working all around you.
A relationship is seeming to fail?
Nothing you can really do, it just seems to be over?
Don’t beat a dead horse.
Leave it in the hands of the Lord.
Look for the blessings.
If the Lord wants that relationship to flourish, He will bless it,
if not, take it as a statement from Him and let it rest,
let it lay and come back and check on it if He leads.
He brings people into our lives and takes people out of our lives,
no matter what the cause, whether it is tumultuous or a slow dying.
If you have tried your best to reconcile
to your brother or friend or family member, keep carrying your cross,
don’t go back to let the situation engulf you.
Put it in the hands of Jesus and look for the blessings that He has for you.
He does what He does and as long as you are not in sin, that is,
in a state of unforgiveness or other such sin,
you are free to follow the Lord
and would do well to always look for His blessings.
