And they clothed Him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns,
and put it about His head, Mark 15:17
And they stripped Him, and put on Him a scarlet robe. Matthew 27:28
That was how those in the world saw Jesus.
They are surely mistaken
as Heaven is His throne and the Earth is His footstool. (see Isaiah 66:1)
This is how He really is:
In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne,
high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple. Isaiah 6:1
That means His robe is gigantic.
And if it filled the temple, then it must be very flowing, almost fluid.
Imagine for a minute, if you can, that the train of His robe filling the temple.
Not sure how large the Temple was, but that is a really big train.
The following scriptures give a glimpse of His majestic attire and purpose:
This is part of the vision of Jesus that was given to Daniel
it is similar to the vision John saw of Jesus in The Book of Revelation:
Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked,
and behold a certain man clothed in linen,
whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz: Daniel 10:5
John saw Jesus in this vision in the Book of Revelation:
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot,
and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. Revelation 1:13
Another vision John Received.
We see our Triumphant Lord arriving upon a White Horse:
And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:
and His name is called The Word of God. Revelation 19:13

Thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Psalm 104:1
