And men were scorched with great heat,
and blasphemed the name of God,
which hath power over these plagues:
and they repented not to give him glory. Revelation 16:9
Every time I read that verse in Revelation,
about the people refusing to repent, it surprises me
It surprises me that they still don’t get it,
that they are wicked and they blame the Lord
instead of acknowledging Him as Lord,
It surprises me that they continue to choose wickedness
Pray for the people to repent, even the wicked
Pray for your enemies to turn to the Lord,
Pray for your family members, friends and neighbors
to humble themselves before the Lord
The Judgment of God is falling on the earth
If you can’t see it, pray for yourself first,
to be able to understand the times
Seek God and search His word
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried;
but the wicked shall do wickedly:
and none of the wicked shall understand;
but the wise shall understand. Daniel 12:10
If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law
that are written in this book,
that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, The Lord Thy God;
Then the Lord will make thy plagues wonderful,
and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues,
and of long continuance,
and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance. Deuteronomy 28:58-59
Jesus is not all sweetness.
Jesus is also a God of Justice
The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ was written
to describe God’s Judgment for those who choose to do evil
and refuse to acknowledge Jesus as Lord,
also to reveal the beauty of the promises of Jesus the Messiah,
and what He has in store for those who have lived and possibly died for Him
Many will curse God in these Last Days
We are in The End Times
As much as we might not want to be here, we are here
We humans do not have spiritual understanding unless God gives it to us
Their understanding of the spiritual is not there
But blessed are your eyes, for they see:
and your ears, for they hear. Matthew 13:16
Psalm 46
1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed,
and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled,
though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God,
the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved:
God shall help her, and that right early.
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved:
he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord,
what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth;
he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder;
he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
