There is no other name that is above the name of Jesus.
Jesus is the way the truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father but by Him. (see John 14:6)
Speak His name unashamedly.
There is power in the name of Jesus.
Devils are terrified of the name of Jesus.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him,
and given Him a name which is above every name:
Philippians 2:9
I noticed some Christian songs that play on the airwaves avoid the name of Jesus.
Their songs say: God, You, Lord, they might even speak of the blood, redemption
or the power of God, but they carefully side-step the name of Jesus.
I suppose if they spoke the name of Jesus,
some people would not want to listen to their music.
While this is their choice, the music belongs to God.
Their talents if they have given their lives to Jesus.
To remove Jesus from the lyrics or choose not to speak His name is being ashamed.
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father:
