What if Jesus is right?

The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men,
to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God
. Psalm 14:2

Some people call Jesus a prophet
Some people think of Him like a nice guy
Some call Him just another god, one of many
Choose the one you like the best,
we all pray to the same God
Not so
Jesus is God’s Son
He walked on the earth as God,
which is why the religious leaders wanted to kill Him

There is no diminishing His authority and His power
They say, No, Jesus is just another person who was very good
The truth is: Jesus is God
He and the Father are one
I and My Father are one. John 10:30
If a person does not acknowledge Jesus as Lord,
Jesus will not acknowledge them before the Father
there is no other way to get to the Father
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me. John 14:6
That is a hard truth, that Jesus is the only way
and those who try to get to God another way, will fail
We must love the truth, whether we like it or not

For those who refuse the Truth,, this will be their fate:
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish;
because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,
that they should believe a lie
: 2 Thessalonians 2:10-11
It’s very simple, you love the truth or God sends a strong delusion to you

Jesus has to open each person’s eyes
If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords,
then you might not make it
What if Jesus was right? That He is the Messiah, the Chosen One?
It seems that is not something anyone would want to take a chance on
What if those who believe there are many ways to God are wrong?
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it
. Matthew 7:14

People can have very elaborate belief systems
Many follow other leaders
rather than searching the word of God themselves
They may very well be the ones who Jesus turns away
The ones who thought they were serving Jesus:
Many will say to Me in that day,
Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils?
and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them,
I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity
. Matthew 7:22-23
Serving a doctrine or serving church leaders
is not the same as seeking God’s face yourself
And ye shall seek me, and find Me,
when ye shall search for me with all your heart
. Jeremiah 29:13
But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God,
thou shalt find Him,
if thou seek Him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. Deuteronomy 4:29

The scripture tells us:
All things are delivered unto Me of My Father:
and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father;
neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son,
and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him
. Matthew 11:26
All the people that Jesus met,
there were some whose eyes never opened,
whose eyes were never able to see the truth of who Jesus was
Calvinism will tell you that those who do see are chosen,
in other words, we have no choice
All of the people Jesus met had a choice
They could follow Him or not
They could believe on Him, or not

When Jesus was visiting the house with several
who were interested in learning about Jesus
a woman came and poured costly ointment on His feet
The others were not as interested in honoring and worshiping Jesus
She will have a greater place in the kingdom of heaven than will they,
if they made it

Jesus told Peter:
flesh and blood had not revealed that He was the Messiah
Jesus then told them not to tell anyone what they know
Not all will understand
Some will not realize this until the last day
Jesus does not want lip service
or people just who do the right things as others see it
Jesus wants hearts filled with His Spirit and on fire for Him
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot:
I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm,
and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth
. Revelation 3:16-17

If Jesus is right, He is God
He will see us on Judgment Day and repay us for every deed:
And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me,
to give every man according as his work shall be. Revelation 2:12
Jesus is the One we will answer to
He is the One who will acknowledge us before the Father
There is no other god on heaven and earth who can do this
Consider: What if Jesus is Right?

Scriptural References:

When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi,
He asked His disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias;
and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
And Simon Peter answered and said,
Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
And Jesus answered and said unto him,
Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona:
for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee,
but my Father which is in heaven.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter,
and upon this rock I will build my church;
and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven:
and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven:
and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Then charged he his disciples
that they should tell no man that He was Jesus the Christ.
Matthew 16:13-20

And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon,
Seest thou this woman?
I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet:
but she hath washed my feet with tears,
and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
Thou gavest me no kiss:
but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
My head with oil thou didst not anoint:
but this woman hath anointed My feet with ointment.
Wherefore I say unto thee,
Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much:
but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.
And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven. Luke 7:44-48

No man can come to Me,
except the Father which hath sent Me draw him:
and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:44

Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men,
him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven.
But whosoever shall deny Me before men,
him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 10:32-33
