We won’t see Jesus’ beauty in fullness until all has been stripped away.
That must be why we cannot see God or we would die.
He would not allow Moses, Jacob, and all the others to see Him.
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight:
but all things are naked and opened
unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. Hebrews 4:13
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God.
He sees it all, He knows it all.
While Jesus is preparing His bride for His return, it is not a fleshly preparation.
When we see Him, we will be transformed.
There will be nothing left between us and Him, no flesh, no worry, no shame.
This will not be a transformation from flesh to flesh, but from flesh to spirit.
This world will be left behind, much like when we die.
Few of us will be alive to see His Second Coming to Earth,
when the Lord shows all creation who He is.
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:
for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,
and we shall be changed. 1 Corinthians 15:52
For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain
shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
