You sow what you reap
You get what you give
What you extend will be extended unto you
Whether it be good or bad
Love your neighbor as yourself
Treat others like you like to be treated
And never condemn another person
That Judgment belongs to God only
We are to love our enemies
All of them
If they want our cloak, let them have it
When people ask things of us, we are instructed to give to them
We are to count others better than ourselves
No matter what we give, we will be sure it will return to us
Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
Ecclesiastes 11:1
Protect your heart from strife
Don’t let it have a place in you
Give it to the Lord instead that He May cleanse your heart
and make your ashes into beauty that He might be glorified
As with any bitterness or disdain, if you let it fester, you will be tainted
It will cause a breech in your armour of God
Holes and targets for the enemy
Be merciful and forgive even when people don’t deserve it,
even when they don’t ask
Even when they wrong you
Or act against you
Let it go
Let God deal with them
Vengeance belongs to the Lord and only to the Lord
Cover their offenses toward you with grace
instead of exposing their offenses to others
For love covers a multitude of sin
This does not mean you excuse sin,
it means you forgive how it offended you and trust God with retribution
Pressed down running over shall be in your bosom
Make sure you’re giving goodness and mercy to others,
extending grace and loving them as Christ was an example for us:
Father, forgive them for they know not what they do
