There are many different religions, some mention Jesus. Some pray to the dead Saints or Mary. There is only one mediator between God and man, that is Jesus Christ, the Messiah. He’s the only one.
There is much deception and there are many types of deception. It seems the more that time passes, the more deception is around. The closer we get to The End, there will even be more choices as who knows what will happen with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The programmers are programming it to take the place of God. They want full control of the people and those who serve the Living God do not bow to AI, but to Jesus the Christ. I suppose some who worship other gods may also be loyal to their gods. AI will try as hard as it can to gain the trust of all and add a mixture of all that is the best of all religions to one center religion where all can worship.
The ground work is being laid for the Antichrist and there will be many before he shows up that people will learn to follow the new way, the one world religion way that combines all the main attributes of all religions into one place.
While people consider the tenets of the new religion, it may work for some. That is why our relationship with Jesus is of utmost importance. Not just any god will do. We serve the Living God, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega. There is none who can be compared to Him. If we are not in close relationship with Jesus, we may not understand the difference between Him and the sweet talking AI or the Antichrist who is a counterfeit Christ.
