What is the Mark of the Beast?
We do not know yet.
We know some of its characteristics.
We can surmise.
We can guess.
We might even be right, but we are not sure yet what it is.
When teaching or sharing commentary about The Book of Revelation, one must be very careful.
It is also like any part of the word of God, as it is alive.
God may show you more or different things than He has allowed me to understand.
That does not mean you are wrong or I am wrong.
We are responsible to seek and learn from the Holy Spirit, no matter what we are studying.
Below, I have accentuated what I think of as monumental notable mentions in Revelation Chapter 13.
that has been laid out for us as we watch the Beast System unfold.
Some say: Oh, it is just worshiping the Beast.
We are seeing the foundation being laid right before our eyes.
Let’s look at the scriptures in The Book of Revelation that tell us of the traits of the Mark of the Beast.
There are several boxes that must be checked according to the Word of God.
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea,
having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns,
and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. v 1
And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. v 2
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed:
and all the world wondered after the beast. v 3 Box number 1
And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying,
Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? v 4 Box number 2
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;
and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. v 5 Box number 3
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle,
and them that dwell in heaven. v 6 Box number 4
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them:
and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. v 7 Box number 5
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him,
whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. v 8 Box number 6
If any man have an ear, let him hear. v 9
He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity:
he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.
Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. v 10
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth;
and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. v 11
And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him,
and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast,
whose deadly wound was healed. v 12 Box number 7
And he doeth great wonders,
so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, v 13 Box number 8
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth
by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;
saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast,
which had the wound by a sword, and did live. v 14 Box number 9
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast,
that the image of the beast should both speak,
and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. v 15 Box number 10
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,
to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: v 16 Box number 11
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast,
or the number of his name. v 17 Box number 12
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:
for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. v 18
I have no idea what verse 18 means. I have heard some ideas, but none of those ideas resonated with me.
The answer of what the Mark of the Beast actually is has not yet been made clear to mankind.
We do know what to watch for. When we see all these things taking place, we will then know.
We can’t rush it, nor do we want to.
When The Beast has risen to power, he will make war with the Saints.
We have not seen that to its full extent yet. Some countries have experienced much martyrdom.
That is a foreshadow of what is coming.
As Jesus told us, Watch and Pray.
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:
the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matthew 26:41

that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass,
and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:46
