Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Matthew 7:15-20
There are many false prophets in the world today. Some who have copied the words of true prophets for their own glory.
Some who have brought lies and told of things that will come to pass and then have erased them from their records,
as they did not come to pass.
We shall know them by their fruits. So, what is the fruit we’re looking for? How can we tell the difference?
Some people seem so right.
If Jesus is not exalted, it is a false prophecy.
Jesus always speaks to His people to relieve their fears and that He is there for those who repent.
He does not just hammer people without reminding them that He is there for those who call out for Him.
Even those of Nineveh understood that God was merciful and may spare them if they repented.
Always pray for wisdom and discernment.
Sometimes it can take more than what we already know to determine what is being said
and whether or not it aligns with the Bible and the nature and holiness of God.
